Box office collection

To pick up this order the card holder must present the card used and (if asked) provide a signature at the box office on event. You MUST also bring along your ticket purchase confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated. Tickets can only be collected on the night of the gig, not in advance.

Terms and Conditions

In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser/promoter (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond The Picturedrome's control), The Picturedrome will only refund the face value of the ticket. We will use best endeavours to contact purchasers either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise them to return the tickets.

Please note, however, it is the customer's responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and The Picturedrome cannot guarantee that they will inform the customer of any changes to the event date, time or venue. However, 99% cancellations will be announced on our home page, so please check before travelling.

If you purchase tickets within a few days of the concert, it may be too late for postage. Please tick 'box office collection' and bring your ticket purchase confirmation email to collect your tickets on the door. Please bring some identification with you.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed.

For all ticket collections you MUST bring along your ticket purchase confirmation email or you will not be allowed entry. Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam Folder(s). If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of you purchase, please email us and we will try to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, this show has been cancelled.

 

Please see note from the Artist -

"Gonna try and say this as honestly as possible. My Dad got super poorly and subsequently passed away suddenly earlier this year. I didn’t want it to affect me. Stupidly, I tried to record an album whilst nursing him through his final days. But the truth is I was distracted the whole time. The songs are brilliant -The best I’ve ever written. 

But I wasn’t paying enough attention to how it sounded. My head was in the hospital ward. 

And so regrettably, I need to take a few months to re record a bunch of stuff. I owe it to myself and to my Dad to make it as good as it can be. All your preorders are still valid so no need to stress.

But i guess it does mean that I can’t tour in November now. I can’t go out with no new music. I need that time to be in the studio but also to grieve properly. My heads been all over the shop to be truthful. I’m a bit done pretending otherwise. 

I get I’ve messed everyone around a bit here but I want this record to be a masterpiece so I’m out here asking for your patience and understanding whilst I get all my ducks in a row for 2025."

 

 

Tickets purchased via picturedrome.net will be refunded at the weekend.

If you purchased tickets through another ticket agent, they will be in touch regarding refunds.
