Advertising Terms & Conditions
The Picturedrome website and all featured adverts are managed entirely by Redbak Design.
All advertisements accepted for use on The Picturedrome website by Redbak Design are subject to the following terms and conditions. Any other conditions proposed by the advertiser are void unless accepted by Redbak Design in writing prior to the advert’s launch.
I. ADVERT POSITIONS
“Featured Business Listing” and “Side Column Banner” adverts display on The Picturedrome’s website from top to bottom. The order in which they appear is randomized every time the page is visited (or refreshed). This ensures fairness for all advertisers.
II. ADVERT REMOVAL (BY REDBAK)
Redbak Design reserve the right to remove any advert on The Picturedrome website at any time, for any reason. If an advert is removed, the advertiser will be informed the same day but will not be entitled to any form of refund.
III. ADVERT CANCELLATION (BY ADVERTISER)
Advertisers can choose to remove their online advert at any time by simply contacting Redbak Design, however the advertiser will still be charged the full amount agreed prior to the advert being made live on The Picturedrome website.
IV. THE PICTUREDROME WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
It is to be expected that (as with any website), The Picturedrome website is occasionally offline due to maintenance. This is an extremely rare occurrence, and only happens when improvements are absolutely necessary. Due to it’s high number of visitors, the website is never offline for more than a 2 hour period at any given time.
V. CLICK-THROUGH ACCURACY
Statistics for any click-throughs on adverts (i.e. the number of times an advert has been clicked) are tracked via Google Analytics using “Event Tracking”. Because of this, Redbak Design cannot be held responsible for any data discrepancies.
VI. THE PICTUREDROME EVENT CANCELLATION
Any events held at The Picturedrome are subject to cancellation either by the venue or an artist due to appear. Should an advertiser have a “Sponsored Event Listing” advert and the event they choose to sponsor is cancelled for any reason, Redbak Design will contact the advertiser the same day. The advertiser will then have the choice between the following two courses of action:
A. The advertiser can choose to be refunded the amount left on their account from the date of cancellation.
B. The advertiser can choose to see out the remainder of their term sponsoring a different event of their choice at no additional cost.
Redbak Design accept no responsibility for increased spam traffic to the advertiser’s website as a result of advertising on The Picturedrome website.
VIII. CHANGES TO THE PICTUREDROME WEBSITE LAYOUT
Redbak Design retain the right to change all aspects of layout and usability of The Picturedrome website, either due to necessity or when a request is made by The Picturedrome. When changes are made, Redbak Design will ensure that all adverts on The Picturedrome website are still as prominent and viewable. Any changes to The Picturedrome website do not entitle the advertiser to any form of refund.
IX. CHANGES TO ADVERTISER’S DETAILS & INFORMATION
Redbak Design accept no responsibility for the inaccuracy of the advertiser’s details and/or information as a result of any changes made (purposefully or otherwise) by the advertiser. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Changes to the advertiser’s website, Facebook page or other landing page URL.
• Changes to the advertiser’s contact information.
• Changes to products and/or services offered by the advertiser.
Any changes the advertiser wishes to make to any type of advert on The Picturedrome’s website must be given in writing to Redbak Design.
X. END OF CAMPAIGN REPORT
Within 7 days of an advert expiring, the advertiser will receive a report from Redbak Deisgn detailing the number of website visits they have had as a result of advertising on The Picturedrome’s website. This will be sent via email to the address registered to your account.
XI. PAYMENT TERMS
All types of advertisements on The Picturedrome website must be paid for in full prior to the event being made live. Should payment not be received before the agreed start date of the advert, the advert launch will be delayed until the full amount is received – please note that should this occur, the advertiser will not be reimbursed financially and the originally agreed end-date for the advert will be upheld.
XII. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments must be made to Redbak Design and can be made either by cheque or BACS.
