Supported by THE HAMSTERS! The guitar, bass and drums trio The Hamsters have long been established as one of our premier Blues-Rock attractions, having performed well over 4,000 concerts in 24 years. Although a band in their own right - playing rootsy Rock, Blues and Americana - they've also long widely been regarded as the UK's leading interpreters of the music of Jimi Hendrix. Tonight, on their Jimi Hendrix 40th Anniversary Memorial Tour, they'll be performing a show of his songs to commemorate his passing 40 years ago in September 1970. The band will 'support' themselves by playing a short opening set of their own brand of music, then return for a full Jimi show! "They're fabulous: one of Britain's very best live bands" "Nobody does the music of Jimi Hendrix better" |

Take That 2 are one of the best Take That tribute bands in the UK today! Not only are all four members from the same area as the boys themselves but 'Gary' from the act has a voice so close to Gary Barlow's that you'll find it very hard to tell the difference. The other major advantage is that Gary also plays live piano and guitar. Team that up with three other highly talented professional vocalists and you have a tribute show that simply cannot be rivalled anywhere. Take That 2 were even asked to perform at the O2 arena with the real Take That – praise indeed

Julian Temples Oil City Confidential tells the story early Dr Feelgood... four men in cheap suits who crashed out of Canvey Island in the early '70's, sandpapered the face of rock'n'roll, leaving all that came before a burnt-out ruin - four estuarine John-the-Baptists to Johnny Rotten's anti-Christ. Taking London by storm, they sped through Europe and conquered the UK with No 1 chart success, before imploding just as punk was born and America beckoned with open arms. Featuring the legendary original Feelgood guitarist Wilko Johnson & band + special Guest BBC Radio 2's Mark Radcliffe & The Big Figures, Oil City Confidential live is a twin barrelled shot gun of a show dedicated not only to the high octane explosive garage blues of early Dr Feelgood but also to some of the bands, music and musicians that inspired them at the time.

Asia's debut album exploded onto the music scene in March 1982 with several Top 10 singles and sales exceeding 7 million copies. This "supergroup", featuring bassist/vocalist John Wetton, drummer Carl Palmer, keyboardist Geoff Downes, and guitarist Steve Howe, was the logical successor to their collective bands of the 70s - Yes, ELP, King Crimson, UK, and The Buggles. Asia were labelled a "supergroup" by critics and the media from the onset, it was a tag they had never asked for. Their music (and rock'n'roll charisma) developed organically and effortlessly. Though all four men have seen chart-topping success in their previous bands, Asia have a special chemistry that fans and music industry insiders quickly recognised. Asia have an impressive back catalogue and this was acknowledged by producers of America's Got Talent who lifted the band's critically acclaimed rock track 'An Extraordinary Life', to use as on Promotional spots on the show. As well as being the soundtrack to one of America's number one shows the band released their progtastic album 'Omega' earlier this year. |

Plus Support: Jon Windle (ex Little Man Tate) Formed 20 years ago, The Beautiful South sold over 15 million albums worldwide and packed out stadiums and arenas throughout that period. They had a string of hit singles such as Old Red Eyes Is Back, Rotterdam, Don't Marry Her, Perfect 10 and Number One single A Little Time. Their greatest hits album, Carry On Up The Charts, was one of the fastest-selling albums in UK history, entering at Number One and staying there for weeks, becoming one of the country's most popular albums ever. Having split in 2007 due to "musical similarities" original Beautiful South members Dave Hemingway & Alison Wheeler (Vocals), Dave Stead (Drums), Damon Butcher (keys), Tony Robinson and Gaz Birtles (brass) have now reformed as The South with the addition of Phil Barton (guitar), and Steve Nutter (Bass), resurrecting the songs and the sounds of this Great British Pop institution by dipping into the Beautiful South songbook as well as writing new material. It's all about the songs!

|
Jon Windle (ex Little Man Tate) Jon Windle, front man and song-smith of Little Man Tate, had ideas that went against the grain of sitting back and revelling in past glories. Something had to be done to prove that a fledgling career of Top 40 hits and countless world tours didn’t end with that infamous farewell gig in Sheffield in October 2009. Stubborn determination and an ear for a massive chorus or two was the starting point for an internal rallying call that paved the way for future writing sessions within the bunker of his own living room. A solo project was now something Jon had needed to wet his lyrical appetite and a trip back on the road with a forthcoming (yet unnamed) new album due to be released in Late 2010. |

The Doors Alive is the No.1 tribute band to the legendary, Sixties, Californian rock guru's The Doors. They re-create the sound, look, presence and feel of a real 1960s Doors concert perfectly and effortlessly, transporting the crowd back in time with such classic hits as Light My Fire, When The Music's Over, Riders On The Storm, The End and many more. The singer, Willie, captures the attitude, look and voice of the late, great Jim Morrison. And the other band members have honed the other Doors members playing styles note for note. To achieve that authentic Sixties sound, the band use the very same instruments that members of the Doors originally used. These include a vintage Fender Rhodes Bass keyboard, a vintage Vox Continental keyboard and a vintage Gibson S.G guitar. They have wowed audiences all over Europe and the U.K, from Orkney to Berlin and back again, and have played - and filled - some of the most respected venues around. The mobile phone giant O2 recently booked the band to play a tour of all their Academy venues in the U.K. In short - they don't disappoint!
